Utica Superintendent not surprised with Eisenhower COVID spike

As Eisenhower High School returns to virtual learning, the Utica Schools Interim Superintendet said he's not surprised that there are so many cases as there are 5 different municipalities represented in one school. He says it's reflective of the county's COVID cases as well.
