Lt. Gov. Gilchrist encouraged by COVID-19 vaccines, says Michigan is headed in right direction

Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist said that while cases of COVID-19 is rising in Michigan, we are headed in the right direction, thanks to vaccines.
