New infections pushes Detroit to expand vaccine access a week early

The City of Detroit is one of the first places in the state to open up vaccine access to anyone over the age of 16, regardless of health conditions. Mayor Mike Duggan said the scary increase in new cases and hospitalizations is being identified in younger people - a sign vaccine coverage is working.
