Olga's Loaded Fajita Fries

Recipe for Olga’s Loaded Fajita Fries Ingredients: 1 pound of your favorite fries 1 cup white chicken chili 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup sliced peppers and onions 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning 2 ounces salsa Olga’s Sauce or sour cream for drizzling Green onions for garnish Directions: Cook fries according to package directions until golden brown and crispy. While fries are cooking, sauté peppers and onions in a skillet with fajita seasoning until tender and lightly caramelized. Heat the white chicken chili until hot. Place cooked fries on a serving platter or bowl. Top fries with the white chicken chili and shredded cheddar cheese. Add the peppers and onions over the top. Drizzle with Olga’s Sauce or sour cream. Spoon salsa over the fries and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
