Baked Gluten-Free Breaded Chicken Serves 4 Ingredients 4 Amish chicken breasts 1 cup King Arthur gluten-free flour 4 eggs, beaten ½ cup Aleia Italian breadcrumbs ½ cup Aleia panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning ½ tsp sea salt Olive oil spray Instructions Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with lemon pepper and sea salt. Set up three bowls: Flour Beaten eggs Breadcrumbs mixed with panko Coat each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
