Family of UM student that froze to death weighs lawsuit

The parents of a University of Michigan sophomore that was found dead after leaving a fraternity is considering a lawsuit after their son froze to death. He had allegedly drank too much before leaving the building in jeans and a t-shirt on one of the coldest nights of the year.
