Bad Brad's BBQ: Carne Asada Fries

Carne Asada Fries- 11 oz. French Fries, either homemade or frozen from the grocery store 6 oz. Cheese Sauce, either homemade or from the grocery store 4 oz. Chop Brisket 1/4 c. Pico de gallo or just diced tomatoes 1/4 c. Pickled Red Onions 2 oz. sour cream sauce, 3 oz of sour cream mixed with 1 oz. of water 2 oz. Brad sauce (2 c. Mayo, 1/2 c. Ketchup, 1/2 c. favorite spice rub, 1 c. sour cream, 2 oz. water) 2 oz. Guacamole 1 T. Cilantro, chopped Method Cook french fries until golden brown, season with salt and pepper. Place into serving container. Ladle cheese sauce over fries, spread chop brisket over fries, garnish with pico de gallo, pickled red onions. Using a small squeeze bottle for both brad sauce and sour cream sauce, garnish with decorative lines over fries. Finish by garnishing with a scoop of guacamole on top of the fries and fresh cilantro.
