Free Press Marathon partners with DMC, shares expert training tips for 2026 race weekend

The Detroit Free Press Marathon is officially gearing up for its October 16–18 race weekend with the major announcement that the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) has signed on as the event’s new exclusive medical provider.
