Birmingham Burger Battle: Lawsuit alleges one eatery is impersonating another

Hunter House is Birmingham's oldest restaurant in town. It's also relocating to a different location. In the meantime, the new owners of the old location have opened their own restaurant that used signage eerily similar to the original. It's now the subject of a lawsuit.
