U.S. Embassy encourages tourists in Mexico to shelter in place

Americans in Mexico were told to shelter in place following the death of a cartel leader.  Fox 2 found two different Metro Detroiters who are sheltering in Puerto Vallarta. Both described seeing vehicles lit on fire and being able to watch as the attacks are happening.
