Man sentenced to prison for killing Dr. Devon Hoover

The man who pleaded guilty to murdering Detroit neurosurgeon Dr. Devon Hoover learned his prison sentence Friday. Desmond Burks also pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge stemming from another case.
