Michigan lawmaker pushes for mandatory prison for all criminal sexual conduct offenses

Michigan Sen. Jim Runestad wants to change the law so that all people convicted of criminal sexual conduct will be required to spend time behind bars. Currently, only those convicted of first-degree and third-degree criminal sexual conduct receive mandatory prison time.
