(WJBK) - The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for all of SE Michigan until noon Tuesday.
A Flood Warning is also in effect for Wayne, Macomb and southern Oakland counties until 10:45 a.m.
Heavy rains overnight brought flooding to parts of southeastern Michigan, closing portions of some Detroit-area freeways and leaving some streets impassable Tuesday.
