A Photographic History of Michigan Football
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - So far, it's been a big comeback season for the University of Michigan Wolverines, but the team has had a long history leading them to where they are today. "Wolverine: A Photographic History of Michigan Football" offers a glimpse into the team's past, through an extensive collection of more than 1,000 rare and never-before-published photos from five thrilling seasons: 1925, 1947, 1969, 1997, and 2011.
Author Mike Rosenbaum is a U of M graduate and veteran Metro Detroit sports journalist. The founding writer/editor of the Jewish News' first regular sports section, he has been a regular writer for the Red Wings' game-day programs, sports editor for the Observer & Eccentric newspapers and a contributor to Hockey Digest and the Detroit Free Press.
Mike Rosenbaum will be speaking at the Jewish Book Fair on Sunday, November 6th at 10:00 am.
