Give Detroit Challenge raising money for charities

(WJBK) - Now is your chance to be an angel for a local Detroit charity.

Hour Detroit's annual fundraising competition, the Give Detroit Challenge, is back. Charities are competing to raise the most money, and charity that raises the most will win $20,000.

You can make a donation to your team now through Thursday, November 10 at www.crowdrise.com/givedetroitchallenge.

If you donate at least $10, you'll be entered for a chance to win tickets to Hour Detroit's Chairs for Charity event, which takes place November 3 at the Garden Theater.
