Great American Lobster Fest this weekend in Detroit

Detroit may not be known for seafood, but the first ever Great American Lobster Fest in Detroit is set for this weekend.

The three-day seafood celebration will feature lobster flown in fresh from the cold waters of the East Coast courtesy of Lobster Gram.

Chris Harton from Detroit Special Events and and chef Matt Kysia were in the kitchen Tuesday to talk about the event. Matt even showed us how to make the classic New England Lobster Roll.
