Healthy meals for all eaters at Golden State Chef Co.

At the Golden State Chef Company, it's all about creating healthy meals that everyone can enjoy.

VINDALOO SAUCE
onions
garlic
ginger
coriander
cumin
peppercorns
turmeric
fenugreek
cinnamon
cloves
chile powder
tomato paste
coconut sugar
chicken stock

Method - saute onions, garlic, ginger in olive oil. Add spices and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato paste, coconut sugar and chicken stock. Cook for 30 minutes, puree in blender and serve.

Basmati Rice
Turmeric
Olive Oil

Method - sauté rice in olive oil with turmeric, salt and pepper, add water and cook rice until done
