Chef Ryan Klink joined us on The Nine to tell us more about his food that is mainly gluten, dairy and soy free. You can hear from him in the video player above, and get his steak vindaloo recipe below.
Method - saute onions, garlic, ginger in olive oil. Add spices and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato paste, coconut sugar and chicken stock. Cook for 30 minutes, puree in blender and serve.
Method - sauté rice in olive oil with turmeric, salt and pepper, add water and cook rice until done
