(WJBK) - Hour Detroit's latest issue reveals its pick for 2018 restaurant of the Year: Parc.
Centrally-located in Downtown Detroit's Campus Martius Park, Parc occupies a unique place amidst the buzz and bustle of a revamped downtown. Since opening in late 2016, owners Matthew Shiffman and Zaid Elia have looked to perfect modern American and Italian fine dining. With roots in French and Midwestern cuisine, Parc's fare features elements drawn from Detroit's rich congregation of cultures.
