Howell Nature Center back open after caring for injured animals

The Howell Nature Center is back up and running after having to close briefly over the summer to care for several injured animals.

So far this year, the nature center's wildlife clinic has taken in 2,355 injured and orphaned wild animals.

Wildlife director Dana Debenham and Beth Baumgartner joined us on The Nine to tell us more about their rescue efforts. You can watch in the video player above.
