New Year's is the time to take stock of what you like and what you'd like to change about yourself in the new year ahead. 

For many, that means making better decisions when it comes to health, wellness and fitness. But the challenge is in making those changes stick all year round.  

Local fitness experts Ben Boudro, of Xceleration Fitness in Auburn Hills, and Kristin Batchik, of Pure Barre in Rochester, stopped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to let us know how to get and stay motivated for a healthier 2019.
