Marathon Training for the Fall

Fall is officially here, and that means the Detroit Free Press Marathon is coming up soon. 

If you're intent on running, training properly is key.

Patrick Whinnery, from Gazelle Sports in Birmingham, and Jeff Imerman, of the Imerman Angels team that matches people battling cancer with each other to form support networks, dropped by the Fox2 News Studios Saturday morning to talk about what they do.
