Mother's Day crepes with French Cow Crepery

French Cow Crepery has been serving up French crepes for several years now. You can catch them out at Eastern Market on the weekends. 

Owner Marie Bennett and her mother joined us on The Nine to tell us more about crepes, and to show us how to make some for your Mother's Day brunch.

Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt for each egg. 
Pour one and a half cup of all purpose flour. Mix it and slowly pour in two cups on whole milk until batter is smooth and looks like a runny pancake mix. 
Add four tablespoon of melted butter on top. Vanilla bean is an option to add to the mix.
