Scotty O'Hotty rolls out new salsa line

(FOX 2) - If you're looking to bring a little spice into your life this Valentine's Day, check out the new salsa line from Scotty O'Hotty.

Scotty O'Hotty Sweetheart Salad with Spicy Red Wine Valentine Vinaigrette
    Red Leaf lettuce
    Kale
    Cubed Avacado
    Cubed Cucumber
    Cherry Tomato
    Shaved Cheese (Any Kind)
Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl, top with Scotty O'Hotty Red Wine Valentine Vinaigrette

Seductive Salsa Spaghetti
    1 jar Scotty O'Hotty Suzi's Garden Salsa
    1/6 oz Tomato Paste
    1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (Any Kind)
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    Fresh Minced Garlic (1 clove)
    Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
    Fresh Basil (minced)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 Lb Pasta (Any kind)

In a 3 qt saucepot, saute Olive Oil, mushrooms, and garlic for 2 minutes, turn heat to medium low.
Add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce, 1 jar Scotty O'Hotty Garden Salsa, simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta per directions, drain
Plate the pasta, add sauce and serve!
