January is Mental Wellness Month, and while it's important to highlight mental health all year round, there are some special organizations doing important work to reach as many people out there that need help.

There are three different age groups that meet regularly in sessions facilitated by a licensed psychologist or social worker.
Founder Jessica Goldberg and social worker Lisa Gold stopped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to discuss the initiative.
