Thanksgiving hosting tips and recipe

(WJBK) - Sonia C. Kobylecki from Impreza Catering and Sonia's Epicure joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School with some Thanksgiving hosting tips and recipe. 

Her tips for entertaining on the holidays:

  • Practice on a whole chicken first 
  • Brine the turkey to ensure a juicy and delicious bird 
  • Be organized. Make a schedule well in advance and follow it. 
  • Anything that can be done ahead of time, actually DO ahead of time 
  • Make just a few items, but make them AMAZING.
