The Plateful Spread at Dragon on the Lake
(WJBK) - Dragon on the Lake is an annual summer event that brings downtown Lake Orion alive. The festival celebrates art, music, Dragon Boat racing with a whole lot of food and activities for the whole family.
The Plateful Spread is one of the restaurants whose food you can enjoy during the festival. Chef Scott Hershey joined us on The Nine to tell us more about his food, and to share a recipe for his spice roasted pork sushi burrito. You can get his recipe below.
