Trenton Roar on the River July 15-17

Bourbon Beef Tips
1 lb Cubed Beef Tenderloin
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
¼ cup sliced green onion
1 oz Bourbon Whiskey
½  tsp minced garlic
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp Dark Molasses
1 Tbsp Honey

In a small bowl, combine soy, molasses, honey, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, black pepper.
Set aside.
In a hot sauté pan with very little oil, sear beef tenderloin on all sides. Roughly one minute on each
side.  Add sliced mushroom and sauté until they begin to wilt. Add Bourbon Whiskey, being mindful that
