Hudson's Detroit luxury condos now up for grabs with presale ongoing

(FOX 2) - Pre-sale is now open for the luxury condos that offer the best view of Detroit.

The 96 high-rise residences are found within the city's newest skyscraper, Hudson's Detroit. Bedrock released some renderings this week showing off the amenities and views offered from 1208 Woodward Avenue.

The housing will officially open in 2027.

Inside Detroit's luxury housing

The new apartments are found inside the second-tallest building in Michigan, which will also house office space, a hotel, restaurants, and plenty of other amenities.

Hudson's Detroit made waves as the new headquarters of General Motors. But the city's shiny new building will also offer condominiums starting at $600,000.

Floor plans of the available condos range from one to four bedrooms, spanning from 720 to 4,500 square feet.

According to a news release from Bedrock, there will also be "expansive living spaces (that) frame the Detroit skyline with floor-to-ceiling windows and 10-foot-high ceilings, creating openness throughout the home."

Some of the aesthetic options range from "monolithic stone slabs and rich woods" along with "dark bronze hardware."
