Multi-vehicle crash closes I-96 at Beech Daly
The eastbound side of I-96 is closed Tuesday after a three vehicle crash involving a semi truck.
REDFORD TWP, Mich. (FOX 2) - A traffic crash has caused a closure of eastbound I-96 at Beech Daly on Tuesday.
The backstory:
The crash has caused a total closure of the eastbound lanes and injuries have been reported, according to Michigan State Police.
"Troopers are currently on scene, and all eastbound lanes are closed. Traffic is being diverted off the freeway at Beech Daly Road," said a post on the MSP 2nd District account on X. "Injuries have been reported; however, no additional details regarding the extent of the injuries or what led to the crash are available at this time."
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
