Man killed in motorcycle crash with SUV on Gratiot

Northbound Gratiot is closed at Manning after deadly crash Monday evening.

A high-speed crash left a motorcycle wedged underneath an SUV.

The biker, a 23-year-old man, was killed in the crash. The 27-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe, was not hurt.

Police told a motorcyclist was riding at a high rate of speed when he crashed into a Chevrolet Tahoe switching lanes.

The accident scene is still being investigated.
