Missing Mich. teen found in Rhode Island with 'professional predator'

A 15-year-old girl missing from west Michigan was found earlier this week at the home of a 43-year-old man in Rhode Island, who is now facing sexual assault charges.

Police Lt. Scott Robillard says local officers, acting on information from the Allegan County Sheriff's Office in Michigan, went to Charles Morancey's home on Tuesday where they found the girl.

Morancey faces four counts of third-degree sexual assault. He's scheduled to appear in court Wednesday. Online court records did not list a defense attorney.

Family reportedly believes the girl met Morancey online and had been speaking with him for about six months.

She was reported missing by her family on Friday, after she walked out of her home and was nowhere to be seen. Authorities say Morancey had traveled to Michigan to pick her up.

The girl's father told FOX 17 that Morancey is a "professional predator."
