Recipe: Zaddy's vegan OG Green Sauce

A new place for vegan eats in Ferndale, Zaddy's, serves up burritos out of the Pavilion Street Market.

You can make their OG Green Sauce at home.

This recipe makes four cups.

Blend together:

2 ounces of steamed kale

2 ounces of steamed leeks

5 ounces of steamed corn

10 ounces of coconut milk

1 tsp of cayenne

2 ounces of lemon juice or white vinegar

1 ounce of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of salt
