Blend together:
2 ounces of steamed kale
2 ounces of steamed leeks
5 ounces of steamed corn
10 ounces of coconut milk
1 tsp of cayenne
2 ounces of lemon juice or white vinegar
1 ounce of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of salt
