HARRISON TWP., Mich. (WJBK) - The U.S. Coast Guard and Macomb County deputies are searching for a missing man in Lake St. Clair.
The 45-year-old Redford Township man went missing in the water Friday in Harrison Township near 16 Mile and Jefferson at 8:05 Friday night, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office.
The man was coming back from the Jobbie Nooner when he fell off a 26-foot Crownline cabin cruiser and was not wearing a life jacket. Two other passengers fell off the boat but were retrieved.
Deputies say it is unknown if alcohol played a role in the incident. The Macomb County Marine Division and Macomb County Dive Team are continuing to investigate.
It is the third rescue the the Coast Guard has been on Friday, with two boats that took on water earlier today, one of which had 18 people aboard.
