Selden Standard's Roasted Cauliflower

The Detroit Free Press crowns Selden Standard the top restaurant of 2015. Executive Chef and Co-owner Andy Hollyday shares his recipe for roasted cauliflower. The restaurant is located in midtown Detroit at 3921 Second Avenue.


Ingredients
1 head cauliflower cut into florets
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt + pepper to taste
Dressing (see below)
To finish:
   - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (parsley or mint would also be delicious)
   - 1-2 pickled peppers, seeded and julienned (hot or sweet to your preference)
