INGREDIENTS: Recipe: Lobster tail 6oz 1 cup risotto 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese 1oz corn 1 oz arugula 1 tsp butter Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon garlic  RECIPE 1. Sauté garlic in butter. 2. Add corn and arugula warm through. 3. Add risotto and chicken broth, stirring until creamy. 4. Stir in Parmesan cheese. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Cook lobster tail separately and place on top.
