The Nine crew samples homemade cookies for the holidays

Fox 2 Mom shares her go to for last minute holiday cookies. Kathy's Cookies made simple: Any Flavor cake mix, 1/2 cup (one stick) of butter softened, 1 Egg, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 ounces (half of a block) room temperature cream cheese, 1 cup chips or candy pieces (optional). Mix well. Use small spoon to scoop and roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes.
