Detroit woman says she's dealing with raccoon invasion from blighted property behind her

Tiffany Nicole descibed the neighbor’s house, behind her off Dacosta Street – as a jungle. As it’s gotten out of control, so have raccoons and rats, as it's become a breeding ground.
