Single-digit wind chills to start the day

Friday starts cold thanks to wind driving down the temperatures. Even when the wind fades, the cold remains. Alan Longstreet has what to expect to start your weekend.

It’ll be a beautifully quiet, but cold finish to the week.

Highs only reach the 20s under a mix of sun and clouds.

Our next system arrives over the weekend, bringing snow Saturday afternoon into the evening before winding down by Sunday morning.

For now, snow totals hold steady at 1-3", but there’s still room for adjustments as we fine-tune the forecast heading into Saturday.

While we’re not diving into bitter cold, there aren’t any big warm-ups on the horizon either.
