Arts, Beats and Eats returns Sept. 2-5

(WJBK) - The annual festival celebrating art, music and food returns this Labor Day weekend in Royal Oak. The 19th Annual Ford Arts, Beats & Eats presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is Friday, Sept. 2 - Monday, September 5.

Artists from across the nation will line their work up on 7th Street between Lafayette & Washington, Washington between 7th and Lincoln, and Lincoln between Washington and Center. You'll find everything from ceramics to paintings to jewelry.

The musical entertainment brings in local artists and well-known touring artists. You'll find a variety of acts at multiple stages that range from kids music to jazz and rock.

Top restaurants from the metro area will bring in their food for festival goers. You'll find everything from unique cultural dishes to desserts.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 2-4 - 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Monday, September 5 - 11:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.

An admission fee supports Arts Advocacy, the city of Royal Oak and local charities. The fee is $3 per person before 3 p.m. and $5 after 3 p.m.
