(WJBK) - Birmingham Restaurant Week has returned and is happening until February 9.
Birmingham's finest restaurants will offer discounted meals: three-course lunches for $15 and three-course dinners for $30.
Twenty four restaurants are participating this year. One of those restaurants is Townhouse. Chef Curtis Townsend from Townhouse joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about their menu for restaurant week. You can hear from him and Ingrid Tighe in the video player above, and get Townhouse's recipe for power grain bip bim bop here.
