Southfield (WJBK) - 6"x6" Baking Dish
8 Lasagna Noodles Cooked & Cut in Half
Ricotta Mix (Recipe Below)
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
6 oz. Favorite Meat Sauce
4 oz. Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim)
2 Tbsp. Liquid Egg
1 Tbsp. Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
1/8 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Mix Ricotta, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Add liquid egg and mix thoroughly.
Layer bottom of baking dish with 2 oz. of Meat Sauce and place 4 noodles on top. Cover with 2 oz. of Ricotta Cheese Mix. Layer 4 more noodles and top with 2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese and 1 oz. Parmesan. Place another 4 noodles and top with 2 oz. Ricotta Cheese Mix. Layer last 4 noodles and top with 4 oz. Meat Sauce. Finish with 2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese and 1 oz. Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Serves 2.
