C.A.Y.A. Smokehouse Grill rolls out Thanksgiving To Go menu

C.A.Y.A. Smokehouse Grill is making things easier for the chef in your family this Thanksgiving. They've created a special Thanksgiving catering menu. 

Chef Jeff Rose joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about the food, and to show us how they make their sage stuffing. You can hear from him in the video player above and get their recipe here.

The festive "Thanksgiving To Go" menu features smoked turkey breasts, roasted drumsticks, roasted thighs, gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, green beans and pumpkin pie. Packages for 8 to 10 guests start at $150, 12-15 guests at $225 and 18-20 people at $300. Extra pies are available for $9 each. Custom menus are also available upon request.
