Skewer cubed pork and veal
Wisk one egg in bowl
Put plain bread crumbs on separate plate Combine italian dressing, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon vegeta (polish seasoning -available at Meijer) Marinade chicken in dressing mix about 20 mins Dip in beaten egg Roll in bread crumbs Pan fry till crispy on all sides Serve with brown gravy ENJOY!
