Celebrate Black Restaurant Week with Delphine's Jamaican Restaurant

Detroit Black Restaurant Week is back for its third year running through Aug. 25. To help celebrate, Delphine Drake, owner of Delphine's Jamaican Restaurant and Kwaku Osei-Bonsu, founder and chief tastemaker of Black Metro Eats, dropped by the Fox2 Kitchen Saturday morning to show how she makes Jamaican Oxtail.
