Detroit Music Weekend with The Detroit Super Band

The Detroit Super Band -  led by Detroit icons Kern Brantley, former Lady Gaga musical director and his brother Valdez Brantley, best known for his work with Usher - joined us on The Nine to get a sneak peek at upcoming Detroit Music Weekend. Watch in the video player above. 

This band consists of bass, keyboards, two back up vocalists, drums, guitar and lead vocalist, a talented tap dancer and a ten-year-old phenom playing Michael Jackson's role.

The Detroit Super Band will perform a tribute to The Jacksons with a free concert at Music Hall on Friday, June 15 at The Detroit Music Weekend Gala. The event starts at 6 p.m. For more information, visit Detroitmusicweekend.org.
