Famed Fashion Designer returns to Detroit

Tracy Reese is a fashion designer, and Detroit native, who has designed for celebrities like former first lady Michelle Obama, and actress Gabrielle Union. She's returned to her hometown to launch a new collection called "Hope for Flowers". Reese has partnered with DPS Foundation, Detroit is the New Black, Wayne State University, the Industrial Sewing Innovation Center (ISAIC), St. Luke's N.E.W. L.I.F.E. Center in Flint, MI, Detroit Institute of Arts, and College for Creative Studies to help provide opportunities to local communities socially and economically. She spoke with FOX2 to talk about her journey in the fashion world, and what it takes to be a celebrity designer.
