The skies above the Oakland County International Airport in Waterford will come alive this weekend during the Oakland County International Airport Air Show.

One of the featured attractions includes a race between a souped-up Ford F-450 truck with three jet engines - called 'Homewrecker,' and an airplane.

Its creator, Jerry McCart, owner of McCart Jet Motor Sports dropped by the Fox2 parking lot Saturday morning to fire up the engines and give a taste of what's to come on the tarmac.

Admission to the Oakland County Airport Airshow and Open House is free, and parking is $5. See exciting planes up-close and rides in airplanes and helicopters during the open house are available for purchase.
