GreenSpace Café at Ford Arts, Beats and Eats
(WJBK) - The Labor Day weekend tradition continues in Royal Oak. Ford Arts, Beats & Eats is returning for its 20th year.
Festivalgoers can enjoy artwork from dozens of artists, msic from more than 200 local and national acts and food from some of the best restaurants around.
One of the food offerings this year will be from GreenSpace Café. Sous chef Jason Arendt joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about their food, and to prepare a cashew vegan macaroni and cheese. You can get his recipe below.
