Jabs Gym Expands in Eastern Market

Jabs Gym is Eastern Market is growing.

Beginning this month, Crosstrain by Jabs Gym opened in a new 4,400 square-foot space,nearly double the size of it's previous footprint. It features state-of-the-art classrooms where patrons can focus on strength training, bootcamps, yoga and HIIT with hands-on training.

Fitness expert Armond Harris stopped by the Fox2 News studios with a few students to showcase their unique workouts.
